01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using posts.link ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
02 The Service
posts.link is a professional link page and email signature service. It allows users to create a profile page at posts.link/[username] that aggregates links and content from their online platforms, and to generate an email signature linking to that profile.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
03 Your Account
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- You may not share your account credentials with others.
- You may only maintain one active account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your registered email address current.
posts.link uses magic link authentication — we send a secure login link to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.
04 Free Trial & Subscriptions
Free Trial
New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, subscribe to continue using the Service.
If you do not subscribe within 48 hours of trial expiry, your username will be released. Profile data is retained for 14 days before permanent deletion.
Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at time of purchase (currently $5 USD / £5 GBP / €6 EUR per month). Pricing may change with 30 days' written notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled from your dashboard.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of technical failure on our part.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
05 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Post or link to illegal content or activity.
- Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
- Impersonate any person, business, or entity, including posts.link staff.
- Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code.
- Use the Service to build a link directory or commercial affiliate network.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Use automated tools to scrape the Service without written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
06 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you provide to posts.link. By uploading content, you grant posts.link a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content as part of the Service.
You warrant that your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights and complies with all applicable laws.
07 Username Policy
We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or block any username that impersonates a brand, is offensive, or has been inactive following trial expiry. Short names (under 5 characters), geographic terms, common surnames, and trade names are designated as reserved or premium and are not available through standard sign-up.

08 Intellectual Property
The posts.link service, its design, software, features, and branding are owned by posts.link and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The posts.link name, domain, and the phrase "Find me everywhere →" are our trademarks.
09 Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read it carefully.
10 Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, posts.link shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11 Termination
You may delete your account from your dashboard at any time. Your username will be released after 48 hours and data deleted within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice except in cases of serious violation.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
